Cajun Tuna Steak with Lime and Coriander

Ingredients:

- 10 x 150 gram fresh tuna steak
- 50 grams Blackened Cajun Seasoning
- 450 grams red pepper, finely sliced
- 150 grams spring onion, finely sliced
- 30 ml olive oil
- 30 ml lime juice
- 50 grams Crushed Chillies
- 50 grams Sesame Seed
- 2 tbsp Ground Coriander

Method:

Sear the tuna for 2 minutes on both sides. Sprinkle the Schwartz for Chef Blackened Cajun Seasoning on both sides and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Arrange the pepper, spring onion and Schwartz for Chef Ground Coriander on a plate. Mix the olive oil and lime juice together and drizzle over the salad.

Place the tuna steak on the plate and sprinkle over the Schwartz for Chef Crushed Chillies and Sesame Seeds.
